The Reality: Most modern walling relies on cement and mortar. The UK's freeze-thaw cycles mean that wet mortar will eventually crack, trap moisture, and fail within 15–20 years.
Our Edge: We practise pure, cement-free drystone masonry. By relying entirely on gravity, careful stone selection, and friction, our walls naturally absorb ground movement and drain water efficiently. They cannot crack due to freezing because there is no mortar to retain moisture.
